Hemianthus Pearl Grass

Hemianthus callitrichoides is one of the smallest aquarium plants and an excellent choice for creating a dense carpet in the foreground. Its tiny, round leaves form a beautiful, vibrant green surface on the bottom of the aquarium. Under the right conditions, the plant grows quickly and forms a low but dense growth. This aquarium plant requires a lot of light and benefits significantly from CO2 supplementation, as well as a nutrient-rich substrate or liquid fertilization. It thrives best when planted in fine substrate material and in aquariums where water parameters and lighting remain stable.
