Key Delivery Terms:
- 14-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Delivery time is 1–6 business days for stock items. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you.
- Report wrong or faulty items immediately. Contact customer service at info(at)onnenlemmikit.fi.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or logistics disruptions.
1. Delivery Time
Stock items: 1–6 business days
Special orders: 10–30 days (customers will be informed of any delays).
2. Delivery Methods
Delivery prices vary by country and are displayed at checkout.
- Pickup from our store in Tampere (free)
- Parcel pickup point (postal service or parcel locker)
- Home delivery
- Business address delivery
A tracking number will be sent by email.

5. Returns & Exchanges
- 14-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customer covers return shipping costs. If using a customer return, we charge €19.90 for handling.
- Faulty/incorrect items can be returned for free.
Note: Unclaimed packages are NOT returns. A fee applies.
