The capsule can be given whole, but it is recommended to open the capsule and mix the powder with food, such as cheese or tuna. The daily dose should be given in a single administration. In individual situations (veterinary visits, celebrations), Zylkene should be given 1 hour before the event.For short-term stress situations, treatment is best started 1-3 days prior to the stressful event.
