Canikur Vet is a palatable supplementary feed designed for dogs experiencing intestinal disorders, such as acute diarrhea. It binds harmful bacteria and replaces fluids and energy lost due to diarrhea. Supplementary feed for dogs with acute diarrhea without accompanying general symptoms. Specially treated pectin fibers bind harmful bacteria to themselves, facilitating their removal through feces. Contains electrolytes that replace those lost due to diarrhea and vomiting. Fasting dogs obtain energy from the starch in the product. Usage To be used in cases of acute diarrhea without accompanying general symptoms. Also suitable for dogs with nervous stomachs, for example, before shows to balance stomach function (e.g., hunting trips, exhibition, or competition visits). Administer the first dose as soon as symptoms appear. Can be used alone or as an adjunct to other treatments. Fresh drinking water must be available throughout the treatment. If the animal's condition does not improve within two days or if it suddenly worsens, consult a veterinarian. Dosage by Dog Weight Administer the number of tablets specified in the package insert table four times, approximately every 8 hours: For dogs 5 kg or less: 1 tablet per dose, 4 tablets per complete treatment. For dogs 6-15 kg: 2 tablets per dose, 8 tablets per treatment. For dogs 16-25 kg: 3 tablets per dose, 12 tablets per treatment. For dogs 26-40 kg: 4 tablets per dose, 16 tablets per treatment. For dogs 41-60 kg: 5 tablets per dose, 20 tablets per treatment. For dogs over 60 kg: 6 tablets per dose, 24 tablets per treatment. Please read the detailed dosing instructions in the package insert. For dogs suffering from stress-related diarrhea, administer 1 tablet per 10 pounds of body weight on the morning of the show, competition, or travel day, and continue dosing each morning until the stress situation is resolved.
