Flourish Potassium™ contains 50,000 mg/L of potassium, suitable for naturally planted aquariums. Potassium is one of several essential elements crucial for maintaining rapid plant growth in the aquarium.Potassium can be depleted quickly in a thriving system or when the water used has low mineral content. In these cases, potassium can become a limiting factor for growth. Flourish Potassium™ helps prevent potassium deficiency (indicated by symptoms such as yellowing of older leaves) and supports optimal growth.The most readily available sources of potassium are potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate, but these also increase nitrogen or phosphorus levels, making precise NPK ratio management challenging. Flourish Potassium™ contains potassium sulfate, allowing potassium levels to be adjusted without affecting nitrogen or phosphorus concentrations. Use 1 capful (5 ml) for every 125 liters (30 US gallons) of water.
